Q26. Will there be a marina?
A. For the greater part of the year the White Nile River is too shallow for larger sailing craft. Alsunut is however planning to provide mooring facilities for small pleasure craft and tour boats along the riverfront promenade.

Q27. What community facilities will be provided?
A. Almogran will be served with a full complement of community facilities, including police and fire stations, religious facilities, a community center and schools, in addition to the numerous parks, open spaces, and the golf course. The CBD will offer a vibrant mix of retail, dining and entertainment venues. The Almogran Residential Estate will feature a community shopping center with retail and office uses. The entire project will be served with a Park & Ride facility and dedicated shuttle bus circulator service.

Q28. Will I need to be a member to use the golf course?
A. The golf course will be operated on a limited membership basis, with first priority given to residents of Almogran. Guests may be allowed to play for a fee, based upon availability of tee times, etc.
